I know this is a lot of post for one day after so much inactivity but I'm in a chatty mood tonight.
I have added to my list of all time horror movies...I know this is a little late and it has been out since April but it just came out on Netflix and if you haven't seen it, please give it a watch.

This movie scared the hell out of me twice and that doens't happen often. I thought the story line could have been a little better, but what it lacked in context it more then made up for in scary monster shit. If you haven't seen it please take a look at trailer and give it a rent!

The Human Centipede Sequence II

We've been hearing about the sequel to Tom Six's "The Human Centipede" ever since the filmmaker released the first installment, which became a modest hit for its absurd premise.

Today we have an Australian teaser trailer for the second film, called "The Human Centipede: The Full Sequence." It doesn't show any footage, but instead promotes the movie by stating that the UK banned it and the US will cut it. It is set to be released in the US on October 7th, so we have yet to see if anything will be cut.

But regarding the UK, it is definitely banned. The BBFC recently released their reasons for the ban, pointing to scenes that show a man wrapping barbed wire around his penis and raping a woman at the rear of the "centipede."

The actual story revolves around a man who becomes sexually obsessed with a DVD recording of the first "Human Centipede" and who imagines putting the "centipede" idea into practice. Six has stated that the sequel will make the first film look like "My Little Pony."

Six is actually planning a trilogy and claims that the third installment, called "Human Centipede: Final Sequence," will make the second movie look like a Disney film.

OK, The Walking Dead premiere was AWESOME...very realistic reactions and some of the best zombies I have ever seen...loved the dead crawling girl zombie. So glad that they stuck to the storyline. I give it an enthusiastic two thumbs up.

Best Haunted House In Louisville, KY

OK, Haunted house review...Darkness Falls off I-265 and Stonestreet at the Paintball Asylum. Best Haunt in Louisville...It's about $20 per person but you can ask for $2 off at door as they have coupons around town and at the door. Took 30 minutes to go through the forest and buildings. Great actors...lines were not long, and its very interactive (you have to bend, crawl in one spot and slide). It was a blast and have went twice. Do yourselves a favor and skip the weak ass Waverly hype haunt and spend your money at Darkness falls. It was two thumbs up for sure.

Survival of the Dead on DVD

George A. Romero’s cinematic zombie career is a tale of two halves. The first half, featuring Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead, and Day of the Dead, is almost universally lauded among horror fans; while the second, including Land of the Dead and Diary of the Dead, has been punctuated with many a split opinion. His latest opus, Survival of the Dead, is likely to continue the trend set by said second half.

The plot follows a group of National Guard deserters led by “Sarge” Crockett (Alan Van Sprang) as they try to find somewhere safe amidst the early days of the zombie apocalypse. These characters form a cross-over with Diary of the Dead, having been seen as the folks who accost our protagonists in that movie aboard their Winnebago. Along their travels, they learn of “Captain Courageous” – a loud Irishman claiming to offer passage to Plum Island, an isolated safe haven from the plague of the undead. Without giving too much away, they do indeed make it to Plum – and walk right into the middle of a generations-old feud between two warring families, the O’Flynns and the Muldoons.

Now that the dead have risen, the latest issue for the families to argue over is whether the dead should truly stay dead. The O’Flynns believe that all walking corpses should be laid to rest, while the Muldoons want to keep them around lest a cure be found. In tried and true Romero fashion, man’s necessity for disagreement and violence eventually leads to the zombies gaining the upper hand.
